XIOSS Named To CRN's Next-Gen 250 List -- CRN's Annual Ranking Recognizes Data Storage Provider, XIOSS, among Up-and-Coming Hi-Tech VARs

XIOSS, an IT data storage solutions provider, today announced it has been recognized by UBM Channel as a member of CRN's second annual Next-Gen 250 list. The CRN Next-Gen 250 highlights up and coming service providers that have zeroed-in on fast-growing markets like data storage, cloud computing, virtualization and business analytics, with a smart and different approach to solution selling and integration. XIOSS was selected for its innovative, vendor agnostic, approach to solving complex data storage issues facing today's businesses.

This Next-Gen 250 list is a snapshot of solution providers who are zeroing in on lucrative and emerging technologies, among them cloud computing, mobility, virtualization, unified communications, business analytics and business intelligence.

"The channel is constantly evolving as existing models are being tested and new ones are created," said Kelley Damore, VP, Editorial Director, UBM Channel. "All the companies on this year's list have only been in business since 1999. Some have transformed their business to meet the demands of a changing market. Others didn't have the baggage of transitioning from hardware to services to recurring revenue and have been able to build a business on an entirely new model and leverage new technology platforms. Regardless of how they got here, we congratulate each company for making this year's list."

"XIOSS believes exponential data growth and efficient data management will be one of the greatest challenges organizations will face going forward. It's necessary for Enterprises to rise to these challenges and take a closer view of their data storage. We're honored to be added to the Next-Gen 250 list of companies who will help organizations face these challenges," says Susie Galyardt, Founder & CEO of XIOSS. "Data is the lifeblood of any organization.Today's organizations are inundated with all types of structured and unstructured data. We have gone to great lengths to create a unique methodology in selecting only the best of breed solutions for our partner portfolio so that we may continue to offer custom solutions for each Enterprise's unique IT storage environment. By being vendor agnostic we turn these data storage challenges into competitive advantages for customers immediately and far into the future."

Today, enterprise data is growing at exponential rates which present IT professionals with the ongoing challenges of finding more efficient, reliable and cost effective solutions for their complex environments. The need to have the data available and accessible is more important than ever. Data is what is unique to each enterprise and so are the challenges in which they face. XIOSS uses a vendor agnostic approach to these issues to help organizations create sound data storage solutions. (continued...)
