Pipelinersales Expands Team with Social Selling, Marketing Experts -- Significant expansion better positions the Pipeliner brand as demand for the company’s CRM solutions continues to skyrocket.
Pipelinersales Inc., today announced Alyson Button Stone and Rachel Miller have joined as Content Director and Chief Listener at the company. These key additions signal an increased emphasis on building an active social presence for Pipeliner CRM, and fostering strong engagement with the company’s user community.

Since 2007, Pipeliner CRM has been steadily growing a seasoned development team. The addition of two strong social marketing professionals supports the company’s core strategy: to help sales teams succeed with a CRM tool that they value and use. Social selling continues its trend as a major component of sales workflow, and next month a Pipeliner CRM product re-launch will include new social features as part of a group of updates and additions.
The strategy for growth has been around a seasoned Sales and Marketing team. New to the team is Alyson Button Stone as Content Director. Stone is a veteran in the CRM industry -- prior to Pipelinersales, she was Content Strategist at Nimble, Salesforce’s Desk.com and Assistly. She brings to Pipelinersales her expertise as an enthusiastic and prolific writer, editor and project manager with experience creating all forms of marketing communications and messaging, including: websites, blogs, social media, product marketing, email marketing and direct response campaigns.
Rachel Miller also joins Pipelinersales as Chief Listener. Rachel’s most recent experience in CRM was with Nimble.com, where she received top honors from the social community. Her awards include the “Top 10 Tweeters Talking About the Customer Experience” (Fonolo.com) and “The Top 100 Most Social Customer Service Pros On Twitter” (Huffington Post). Miller is a marketing professional and community builder with a passion for customer experience and brand advocacy. This month she is launching a new community for social selling in conjunction with social technology evangelist, Brian Fanzo and will co-host weekly Google hangouts and Twitter chats under the hashtag, #SShour.
The company has indicated that there will be a major release next month with a social component as a primary new functionality. This announcement is timely as the company expands into the social selling market. Gartner predicts that CRM will be a $36 billion dollar market by 2017. (continued...)
