TERiX Launches Storage Initiative -- New Tools and Proactive Services for Mission Critical Data Center; Storage Options Serve Growing Global TERiX Customer Base

SUNNYVALE, Calif., Dec. 30, 2009 -- Looking to bring additional mission critical support service solutions into the international storage maintenance space for data center customers, TERiX today announced TERiXSTORAGE, which will provide comprehensive alternatives to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) support.

The difference -- is that with TERiXSTORAGE offering, there are Proactive Service options (TERiX ProServe) that can add monitoring, heartbeat, analysis and call-home capabilities to standard service level agreement metrics (SLA).
