Enterprise purchase-to-pay specialist Palette is further expanding and strengthening its North American operations, with the appointment of Texas based IT and financial business software solutions expert Aztec Systems.

Aztec Systems will incorporate PaletteArena into its existing product suite, offering its 4400+ customer base the complete purchase-to-payment solution. The suite will enable users to achieve significant measurable cost-savings and efficiency gains by simplifying daily processing of supplier invoices, purchase order matching, employee expenses and AP related documents.

Aztec will integrate the PaletteArena with Microsoft Dynamics GP & NAV, giving mid-market users a more up-to-date view of the company’s active invoices and open purchase orders by customer and partner, resulting in more efficient financial analysis and oversight.
