Palette Extends Market Reach with Aztec Systems -- Leading purchase-to-pay specialist extends global reach with appointment of new US partner that will integrate Palette with Microsoft Dynamics

Enterprise purchase-to-pay specialist Palette is further expanding and strengthening its North American operations, with the appointment of Texas based IT and financial business software solutions expert Aztec Systems.

Aztec Systems will incorporate PaletteArena into its existing product suite, offering its 4400+ customer base the complete purchase-to-payment solution. The suite will enable users to achieve significant measurable cost-savings and efficiency gains by simplifying daily processing of supplier invoices, purchase order matching, employee expenses and AP related documents.

Aztec will integrate the PaletteArena with Microsoft Dynamics GP & NAV, giving mid-market users a more up-to-date view of the company’s active invoices and open purchase orders by customer and partner, resulting in more efficient financial analysis and oversight.

“Palette’s impressive and comprehensive purchase-to-pay solution will enable us to fill an important gap in our product suite”, says Aztec Systems Nick Prevett.MS Dynamics Solutions Manager “Palette Arena offers a holistic payment automation solution that is incredibly robust enabling us to better serve our mid-market customers.”

Aztec is deploying PaletteArena at a 30 site golf club management organisation, with further deployments anticipated in the near future.

Nick Prevett added: “We go through an exhaustive process to ensure we only add software to our portfolio that maximises service and delivers best of practice solutions to our clients. PaletteArena fits this profile perfectly and will help us ensure our clients always get the best functionality to suit their specific needs.”

Michael Cichy, General Manager America’s at Palette commented: “We are committed to expanding our market reach both in terms of geography and route to market and our partnership with Aztec Systems is an important strategic development. Aztec has proven expertise in systems, process and technology and a track record of delivering best in class solutions to businesses, aligning them closely with our core brand values.”

As part of the incorporation of PaletteArena into its product suite, Aztec will host a webinar on the 26th June at 1.30pm CDT to help promote awareness of the product to its clients. The webinar can be registered for here.

PaletteArena is a complete enterprise purchase-to-payment suite, enabling users to achieve significant, measurable cost savings and efficiency gains in processing supplier invoices and purchase orders. It includes the PaletteInvoice, PaletteMobile, PaletteMail, PaletteBuyer, PaletteContract, PaletteExpense, PaletteSpendManagement and PaletteSupplier Portal products, giving a web-based end-to-end solution that improves invoice management from receipt to payment.
