Online CRM enhanced to include Project Management Features -- Surado CRM Online Professional Edition now includes Project Management Tracking & Collaboration.

Riverside, CA, July 29, 2010 - Surado Solutions, the developer of on-premise and online CRM Relevant Products/Services solutions for 15 years, announced that Surado CRM Online Professional Edition will now include project management features as a standard feature set that will allow users to access, share and collaborate projects online. This enhancement will allow online CRM users to have a true 360 degree view of Customers, Opportunities, Customer Service, Marketing and Project Management without the typical redundancies that currently exist in the market.

Surado CRM Project Management includes the ability to create and manage projects, tasks, sub-tasks and associated activities. In addition, users will be able to assign and track resources, budgets, status, project timelines, project manager(s) and much more. Because the Surado Project Management is part of the core product line, it automatically links projects to individuals and vice versa. These individuals may be users of the system and/or other entities linked to a project.

Unlike other CRM solutions, Surado affords a solution to users whose day starts with a project, and not just an account or contact. Because all projects are linked to individuals, the complete 360-degree view of an account or contact now includes a listing of all the projects a person or account is associated with and their role. A company involved in several projects with different roles would be clearly tracked and available to all users of the system.

In addition to out-of-the-box project management features included with Surado CRM Online Professional edition, Surado has once again provided the flexibility to configure the features so that it can be customized to meet the specific needs of companies. Customization features include the ability to customize drop down menu selections, create custom fields, security access to features and more.

"Once again, Surado pushes the envelope to make Project Management features a standard online CRM offering. Our goal is to provide our customers the tools necessary to see the big picture, all in one application," said, Sundip R. Doshi, Surado CRM CEO. "The net result is a clear win for our customers because now they can manage all of their projects, relationships and opportunities in one place".
