Stemp Systems Group, a New York City Based IT Services Provider, Achieves Cisco’s Small and Midsize Business Specialization

Long Island City, NY, June 9, 2014 -- Stemp Systems Group is proud to announce that they have met all the criteria required to achieve Cisco’s Small and Midsize Business (SMB) Specialization. Stemp Systems is an IT support and consulting firm which provides a broad range of IT services to clients across the New York Tri-State area. The SMB Specialization recognizes Stemp’s focus on meeting the technology and services needs of small and midsize businesses.

Morris Stemp, CEO of Stemp Systems, says “At Stemp, we focus on delivering the highest levels of IT support and customer service. We believe that extensive vendor training and internal mentoring are required in order for our team to meet these standards. This Cisco achievement, along with our extensive collection of technical certifications, demonstrates that we mean business when it comes to supporting Cisco, and the other key technologies used by our clients."

To earn the SMB Specialization, Stemp fulfilled all the required Cisco SMB training and passed all exam requirements. Stemp also exceeds the personnel, training and post-sales support requirements set forth by Cisco.

This Cisco program provides a framework for Stemp to build the sales, technical and Cisco services skills required to deliver Cisco solutions to Stemp clients. Through the program's specializations and certifications, Cisco recognizes Stemp’s expertise in deploying solutions based on Cisco advanced technologies and services. Using a third-party audit process, the program validated Stemp’s qualifications such as technology skills, business best practices, customer satisfaction, and pre-sales and post-sales support capabilities -- critical factors for customers choosing Stemp as a trusted IT services provider.
